(II) The individual has a focus of marihuana metabolite in the individual's urine of a minimum of 30-five nanograms of marihuana metabolite for every milliliter of the individual's urine or incorporates a focus of marihuana metabolite in the individual's complete blood or blood serum or plasma of at least fifty nanograms of marihuana metabolite for
